近日，河北邯郸一初中生遭三名同班同学杀害并掩埋的新闻引发社会广泛关注，其中反映出来的校园欺凌问题尤为严峻。为反对校园欺凌，提高森林学子们的安全意识和防范意识，3月22日上午10点，西斯达城市森林学校中学部全体师生齐聚报告厅，参加由教务处副主任杨硕主讲的对校园欺凌说“不”的主题讲座。

Recently, the news of a junior high school student in Handan, Hebei Province being killed and buried by three classmates has attracted widespread social attention, with particularly severe campus bullying issues reflected. In order to oppose campus bullying and raise the safety and prevention awareness of forest students, all teachers and students of the High School Department of Cstar City Forest School gathered in the lecture hall at 10am on March 22nd to attend a themed lecture on “Saying No to Campus Bullying” given by Yang Shuo, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office.

什么是校园欺凌

杨主任给学生们普及了校园欺凌的概念以及其主要表现行为。

学生欺凌是指发生在学生之间，一方蓄意或者恶意通过肢体、语言及网络等手段实施欺压、侮辱，造成另一方人身伤害、财产损失或者精神损害的行为。它主要表现在打、骂、传、吓、毁几个方面。学生们个个坐姿端正，神情专注。

Director Yang popularized the concept of campus bullying and its main manifestations to students.

Student bullying refers to the behavior of one party intentionally or maliciously using physical, verbal, and online means to oppress and insult students, causing personal injury, property damage, or mental damage to the other party. It mainly manifests in several aspects such as hitting, scolding, spreading, scaring, and destroying. The students sat upright and focused.

如何预防校园欺凌

杨主任从施暴者、旁观者及受害者三个方面告诫学生如何预防校园欺凌。

Director Yang warns students on how to prevent campus bullying from three aspects: perpetrators, bystanders, and victims.

对于施暴者而言，要明白以下三点：

1.要学会善待同学、尊重同学，通过欺凌他人取乐无法得到真正的友谊。

2.欺凌行为是国家法律和学校明确禁止的行为，欺凌行为会给他人带来极大伤害。

3.故意殴打他人、暴力索取他人财物以及故意非法伤害他人的行为有可能构成刑法中的寻衅滋事罪、强制侮辱罪、抢劫罪、故意伤害罪等。

For perpetrators, it is important to understand the following three points:

1. Learn to treat classmates well and respect them, as bullying others for fun cannot lead to true friendship.

2.Bullying is a behavior that is explicitly prohibited by national laws and schools, and it can cause great harm to others.

3. Intentionally assaulting others, violently demanding property from others, and intentionally and illegally harming others may constitute the crimes of provocation, forced insult, robbery, intentional injury, etc. in the Criminal Law.

对于旁观者而言：

拒绝煽风点火，拒绝成为欺凌者的”帮凶”。拒绝当事不关己的旁观者，适当对被欺凌者表达同情和关心。及时向老师、家长报告，甚至报警。

For bystanders:

Refuse to stir up trouble and refuse to become an accomplice to bullies. Refuse bystanders who are indifferent to the situation and express sympathy and concern towards the bullied appropriately. Report to teachers and parents in a timely manner, and even report to the police.

对于受害者而言：

1．不携带较多的钱和手机等贵重物品，不公开显露自己的财物。

2．前往校园周边巷子拐角等校园欺凌可能多发地时尽量结伴而行。

3. 提升自我防护意识和防护能力，平时加强身体素质训练，以便在危险的时刻进行自保。

For victims:

1. Do not carry a large amount of money or valuable items such as mobile phones, and do not publicly disclose your belongings.

2. Try to travel with friends when going to the corners of alleys around the campus where bullying is likely to occur.

3. Enhance self-protection awareness and ability, strengthen physical fitness training in daily life, so as to protect oneself in dangerous times.
