在河南省对外友好协会各级领导的关心支持帮助下，4月1日下午，黄河友谊奖获得者小田原市新名学园旭丘高等学校理事长兼校长水野浩先生一行，再次莅临美丽的郑州西斯达城市森林学校，就未来双方师生交流互换、日语教研、日语高考与赴日留学等人才培养模式展开深入交谈，达成了基本共识；在河南省对外友好协会秘书长张艳莉、三级调研员王芳副处长的见证下，双方签署了友好协议，缔结为姊妹学校。

With the care, support, and assistance of leaders at all levels of the Henan Province Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, on the afternoon of April 1st, Mr. Mizuno Hiroshi, Chairman and President of Xuqiu High School in Xiaotianyuan City, a recipient of the Yellow River Friendship Award, once again visited the beautiful Zhengzhou Cstar City Forest School . They had in-depth discussions on talent cultivation models such as future teacher-student exchanges, Japanese teaching and research, Japanese college entrance exams, and studying abroad in Japan, and reached a basic consensus; Under the witness of Zhang Yanli, Secretary General of Henan Province Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and Deputy Director Wang Fang, a third level researcher, both parties signed a friendly agreement and established it as a sister school.
