Y.ET.是一个什么课程？
Y.E.T.全称是“青少年效能训练”，来自以人本主义心理学为核心的“戈登模式”。
Y. The full name of E.T. is “adolescent efficacy training”, derived from the “Gordon model” centered on humanistic psychology.

It originated in the early 1970s. It uses lively forms, starting from social skills, emotional management, and other aspects, to teach teenagers how to face pressure, handle conflicts, and thus have high emotional intelligence and the ability to resist setbacks. Y.E.T.的基础是以人本主义心理学为核心的“戈登模式”。

Y. The foundation of E.T. is the “Gordon model” centered on humanistic psychology.

青少年性教育是什么课程？

After the winter training camp, we prepared a special gift for each camper – exclusive one-on-one feedback.
