1月11日，2024年全国教育工作会议在北京召开，会议指出，教育要在数字化、国际化、绿色化方向上开辟发展新空间，加快建设高质量教育体系，培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

On January 11, 2024, the National Education Work Conference was held in Beijing. The conference pointed out that education should open up new development space in the direction of digitization, internationalization, and greening, accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system, and cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor.

Grize来自亚美尼亚，学士毕业于亚美尼亚国立师范大学，硕士毕业于德国科隆大学。

Grize comes from Armenia and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Armenian National Pedagogical University and a master’s degree from the University of Cologne in Germany.

Grize is rigorous and serious in class, boldly allowing students to participate in exploring new knowledge, which plays a great role in improving their learning quality and self-learning ability. Rina comes from Morocco and graduated from the University of Meknes M é rez Ismail in Morocco. She is like a little sun, bringing sunshine and vitality wherever she goes. Under the guidance of the teacher, the classroom atmosphere is interesting and lively, and children’s enthusiasm is high, resulting in high learning efficiency. Rina is well liked and praised by students and parents.

Lana comes from Morocco and graduated from Qaddi Ayyad University in Marrakech. The teacher is very approachable and patient, constantly encouraging students to ask questions and discuss, and emphasizing practical experience. Science class is not only about learning knowledge, but also a deep dialogue with the world, allowing children to learn to understand the world in a scientific way and change the world with innovative thinking.

I joined Cstar in 2023 as a foreign art teacher. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to my collaborating teacher. Andre老师来自德国，是一名专业足球教练，于2017年参加德国马格德堡足球教练执照考试并取得相关执教证书。他能在课堂上不断创新教学方式，激发学生兴趣。他善于利用各种教学方法和手段，如情景模拟，竞赛激励，合作学习等，使学生保持浓厚的学习兴趣，积极参与课堂活动。

Teacher Andre comes from Germany and is a professional football coach. He participated in the Magdeburg Football Coach License Examination in 2017 and obtained the relevant coaching certificate. He is able to constantly innovate teaching methods in the classroom and stimulate student interest. He is good at using various teaching methods and means, such as scenario simulation, competition motivation, cooperative learning, etc., to keep students interested in learning and actively participate in classroom activities.
